Coaching Services

  • 6-session packages cost $950 and provide up to 3 months of work together. Texting support is also included.

    10-session packages cost $1,500 and provide up to 6 months of work together. Texting support is also included.

    Each individual coaching sessions lasts 50 minutes and can be done via phone or video call.

  • 1:1 phone or video calls aren’t everyone’s jam. Text based coaching is great if you want support that fits easily into everyday life - when you need it most!

    Standard Texting Package - $250 per month

    Daily texting Mon-Fri, up to 3 exchanges.

    Integrative Texting Package - $400 per month

    Daily texting Mon-Fri, up to 5 exchanges.

  • Group topics and availability vary, so reach out to get info on current and upcoming groups.

  • Sometimes you don’t need a whole package - just a single meeting for the support you need now.

    For some, one meeting will be all they need. For others, they’ll return for another single session down the line, or decide to sign up for a package. Choose whatever level of support you need.

    Single coaching sessions cost $165 for a 50 minute phone or video call.

FAQs

Do I need a mental health diagnosis?

No! One of the best things about coaching is it has fewer barriers than traditional therapy can have. And most people with mental health symptoms will never receive a formal diagnosis. If your mental health is impacting outcomes in your life, mental health coaching is for you. Period.


Can we talk before I buy a package?

Absolutely! I provide a free consult so you have a chance to ask questions and we can both make sure it feels like a good fit before moving forward.

Or you can sign up for a single coaching session to feel things out.


I have a therapist, can I also work with you?

It’s not uncommon to work with different professionals at once. Some people work with a therapist and a prescriber. Some people work with a prescriber and a group facilitator. Some people work with a therapist and a coach. As long as you feel clear about who’s helping you with what - having more than one person in your corner can be a wonderful thing.


I want to make some changes but feel nervous about it too. How do I get started?

Most people feel a bit nervous heading into work with a coach. But my most important job is to make you feel comfortable and hold the space you need. There’s no rush and no pressure. We’ll start talking about making changes only when you feel ready to do so.
